I've always been more of a snacker than a meal eater but I'd really like to start snacking on healthier things,any ideas other than fresh fruits/veggies? I love them but I want something that lasts a bit longer.
peanut butter on crackers, cheese n crackers you can also add summer sausage if you like it... you could also search pinterest for "healthy pregnancy snacks" I'm sure there are a ton
String cheese, nuts, hard boiled eggs, raisins, hummus and pitas are some :)
