it's okay to be worried I was worried about the same thing. with me, my water broke but I wasn't in active labor which is weird. it all depends on you & your body

I'm scared because I am a first time mom and don't know what labor feels like. I have been having contraction but it's nothing crazy and it stops when I change position. Also I had an experience where I was having contraction every min and I didn't know
