I'm pretty sure after 23 weeks they sleep for at least 14 hours I don't know for sure but my baby did the same thing yesterday. He barely moved and now he hasn't stopped all day.

at 28 weeks your suppose to count your baby's kicks . at least 10 in each hour. go to long without movement you should contact your doctor or go to the hospital

I had this happen a few times. especially on days where i was busy out running around all day. last night i could barely get him to move. today he's bouncing all over. lol for me really cold, like almost frozen gets him moving, normally when i eat he moves a lot too.
