your obgyn office should have a little card that gives you the info on where to go online... actually go into Medelas website, it'll give you an option at the top somewhere to apply for your insurance pump and all you have to do is enter your info, obgyns info and your insurance card I believe. if you have trouble call your Ob.
I'm going through this company. You just go to the site and input your info. They'll verify if your ins will cover it and then they'll contact you. They'll have you get a prescription from your Dr take a pic and email it to them or they'll contact the dr office and try to do it for you. Once they have that then they'll give you a few options on what pumps you can choose from and then mail it out to you.
I went through Aeroflow and have mine. Can't wait to use it. It was ordered easily, they got the prescription from my doctor for me and it was delivered within 2 days of shipping
Go to your insurance website & look for the pregnancy page. They should have something like that & you can get your breast pump through that but in my state with my insurance they won't let me get one until I'm 31 days from my due date.

I got mine from edgepark.com. They contacted my dr and insurance and I had my pump in 2-3 days
