Emma is 10 days old, exclusively formula fed and hasn't had a BM since yesterday afternoon and she will push and get fussy like it hurts, she is setting diapers and passing gas but I don't know how to relieve her or if I should be worried, any advice momnas?

You can try one oz apple juice and one oz water as well as move her legs like she is riding a bike it might loosen it up and she might be able to poop
