I've noticed mine have been getting bigger too I'm not at the cankle stage. I'm a FTM but when my sister was pregnant her feet would swell and it was noticeable but never got to the point of a cankle.. Every pregnancy is different. @butterfly919

Cankles is when you can't tell the the difference between your foot and your leg lol like it dissolves your ankles. @butterfly919

not really. swelling they literally become cankles
