My 4 year old has been sick for a few days and today has a temp of 100.3 and she doesn't want to eat anything. She slept all day. I have been giving her medicine and she just still is really sick. I know they say you don't have to go to the ER if the fever is below 102 but I honestly don't know what to do. 😩

Just keep the baby well hydrated less clothes give tylenol or motrin every
4-6 hrs. And keep checking for temp to go down

I'd call the pediatrician and ask to speak to a nurse and tell the nurse she's been sick and had a consistent fever, they will be able to give you the best advice and let you know if you can wait and take her to the doctor or if you should just take her in to the hospital, if you're that worried I'd go to minor emergency since they're still open, it's usually faster

keep an eye on her. there's a virus going around. my little brother and my father has had it so far. it started with a fever then vomiting then diarrhea.
