so this is a tmi but last night I went to poop and when I did my stomach pushed and when I got done I noticed blood was in the toilet . when it was happening I had a little pain and my nose was bleeding and my nose won't stop bleeding . and the baby keeps moving but now my stomach is sore and so is my butt hole .
