soo my doctor said that they can't do an ultrasound before 8 weeks cause u can't see the baby

yes, they generally won't do anything earlier because it doesn't tell them anything.

That's not true I got my first one at 5 weeks to see the sack

And another at 7 weeks n saw baby with a heart beat

I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and even that early they saw my twins

when I went at 5 weeks they just did a pap smear and a urine test. then scheduled me back at 8 weeks and 3 days to do the first ultrasound

they really can see a baby but they can tell if your pregnant before 8 weeks. they can see a fetal pole or something

@tt194210, they tell u anything I got one at 5 wks that showed the sak, 6 wks showed heart beat, 8 wks showed he was forming and 12 wks to follow growth and than 19 wks to show gender

I was 6 weeks when I got mine!

I went in wen I was 6 weeks and they sure saw my twins... .just that they had to do the vagina ultrasound

I got an ultrasound done at 6 weeks and they were able to see the baby & the heartbeat. I was even able to hear the heart beating. They picked it up on my tummy and thru a vaginal ultrasound

well, most OBs don't do it early bc it can cause alot of confusion I'm going through that now at 19 weeks bc they did to many and now they're confused on her growth😩 @tt194210

they may do your dating one then, it gets confusing becasue the first 12 weeks babies grow the same but after 12 genetics come into play lol I'm 4'11 and her daddy is 5'3 and they're talking about my baby is meansuing small but all her organs are right on track and I'm just like alright lol but yeah you'll see baby soon enoyg:)

yeah, see so genetics will come into play after 12 and there is a good change your baby will be taller than average nothing is set in stone but based off yall @tt194210
