What happens if you develop diabetes during pregnancy? & will i have to deliver C-section or that doesn't matter? I've always been heavier and before I got pregnant I lost a lot of weight but now I'm gaining it all over again & im pretty sure after my second glucose screening they will tell me I have it sooo.. I'm just curious in what to expect.

I had GD. Mine was able to be controlled with diet and checking my blood sugar 4x a day. I was able to deliver medication free. I think as long as it's controlled and the baby isn't getting too big you should be fine 🙂

I found out I had it and I am diet controlled. It's really not that bad once you figure out your carbs. I had a previous c section and attempting to have a VBAC. Scheduled for March 4th

I have type one diabetes (the worst in pregnancy) I am extremely high risk, but with great control I delivered my son naturally and plan on doing it again in July 😊 just take care of your sugars so the baby doesn't get to big!
