it took like 2 months if not more

It took me about 2 months. I had 4th degree tearing and a 2nd degree episiotomy. Which is extensive and rare. The ice diapers and Dermoplast numbing spray in the blue can were my best friend!

@jashmen, yeah I'm good Kenzie just turned 1 Jan 30, but girl I still remember that pain like yesterday made me cringe lol reading your post 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Yep they sure are, girl you sit on them, they made me ice diapers, you cut the top of the baby diaper and fill it with crushed ice and then sit on the, just as good as a pad or you can soak it with water and freeze it and sit on it

@mrssabby, ahh that's terrible!! tucks are witch hazel pads right? I have some but didn't know to use them. it seems like if I could sit on ice it would be amazing but I don't want to bleed everywhere 😬 . my heels and legs are so sore too like I have a fever but dont!! I hope you're all better?!

Whew lord Jesus😖seemed like it didn't stop until after my 6 wk visit and because of the episiotomy and stitches they told me to hold off on everything for 9weeks to let my body heal properly, but I sprayed so much dermo and used so many tucks it was ridiculous, I even remember the stitches Itching and hurting so bad that I just gooped Vaseline between my legs so that I can rest because nothing else would stop the itching and they were so tight 😳
