well its been a while since i was last on here, so i figure ill make a post updating everyone :)

On january 20th i awoke at 10:33am to my entire lower body in so much pain i couldnt move, and despite laying down in steaming hot water, walking around, and even doing my designated exercises to speed up labor, nothing was working. at 5:34pm i went to the birth center and labor was confirmed, after two hours of no progress they were talking about breaking my water in 20 minutes when there would be hot water again, since we had run out, before even five minutes had passed my water broke, and filled with meconium they had prepared to call 911, hearing them talk about it i went into a paniced state and began pushing even harder and for longer, and within ten minutes she was born, the first two weeks she refused to sleep in her bassinet and i kept having psychotic episodes about her, she would only go to sleep if you held her, and after a while i gave up on trying to keep her in the bassinet since my room is cold, and since i dont move in my sleep when im with her, i decided to co-sleep with her, the episodes have stopped and she now sleeps well through the night and wakes for diapers and feedings rather than just cuddles or warmth since she is already next to me and warm. at only five weeks old ahe already is a very big and picky baby, she likes to only fall asleep to kurt sneider, and loves to headbut and hit us all at home so much that her front part of her head is bald while the rest of her hair is growing nice and long, she fits 0-3 months and 3 months clothes but is quickly outgrowing those already, she loves cuddling, and being held, and despite me singing for most of my pregnancy, my singing has no effect. she loves her aunt/babysitter, has leatned to make the duck face, pout, an O-face, and smile, she is finally cooing at us, and loves baths as long as she is submerged most of the way and toasty warm, hates being cold, and loves to eat. because i have an oversupply and inbalance in my hindmilk and foremilk she is gaining weight quickly. i sleep good at night since cosleeping with her and finally today got her foot prints so i can get to work on my newest tattoo idea dedicated to her.

i had an all natural birth with no medicines, and would love to do it all again if i could, but this time id make sure it got video tapped lol
