I can't tell if it's hormones that are driving me to feel like my man is always insensitive but I think our spark is fading away. I really don't feel like he is mentally or physically attracted to me any more. I really need help! can anyone help me get through this?

If you figure it out please let me know, bc I'm honestly going through the same thing and don't know what to do.

All I can say is communication is key. Always open up about your feelings

I don't think I know how to do that anymore. I just...I don't know what's going on. actions speak louder than words right? @mrsmord

@ashley145, I know how you feel ... Communicating is not my specialty but once I did I felt amazing after specially after my husband opened up too. You just gatta lay your feelings on the table , speak nice to eachother don't fight just talk in a loving way explain how you feel and that you really need a lot of support right now / I'm sure he loves you and cares enough to listen and take in account how you feel. Your carrying his child and that's a respect he feels for you enough to listen and open up as well. Deff have a heart to heart either while you eat dinner or after - something romantic you know what I mean . Get the mood going make sure he's in good spirits and just talk.

I don't know what's going on exactly, but I can tell you one thing for sure. Hormones definitely throw things way out of wack for both of you, especially if y'all were close knit before baby. I wouldn't make any permanent decisions right away. I know that I'm extra sensitive with being pregnant and he is too. Just comes with the stress and worry and all the stuff that comes with baby on the way. I wish I could be more specific but /: idk what the issue is. Try to be patient and talk talk talk. Even if you fee he's not listening and you're blue in the face. Sometimes it takes a lot to get through these men's thick skulls.

i just went thru this. held it in for days then when we were goin to a friends i just point blank asked him if everything was ok, he still happy, and the weird question of if he was even still attracted to me...come to find out it was just my mind racin. since that convo he trys to show the care and all a little more then he was i guess for reassurance. even if you cant think of a way to say it then write it in a note and leave it for your SO, try to just say it straight out to them if possible, asking/talking is better then keeping everything bottled up inside and one way or another itll give you peace of mind and could even help yall grow close again

@evococa, the stress will go away right? I mean, I think you're right. we are both stressed but after my son is here, the stress goes away right? I mean I don't know how much longer I can handle fighting as much as we try not to.

It'll probably be a little bit stressful right after baby comes, but only cause that's a HUGE adjustment. Lack of sleep for you both, juggling who's changing the diaper next, etc etc. BUT it's also going to be a HUGE relief and a really joyous time for you both. With my son, I was so ready to up and leave my now-husband but after Xander arrived things got SO much better. It's just you have to walk through the flames sometimes to make your relationship stronger, I think. (: there's always going to be stress, it's how you guys handle it that matters. And every relationship gets to a breaking point at least once.
