so a couple of days ago I noticed a knot under my left nipple. my boob was sore for a day or so and swelled up a little. the knot is still there, but doesn't hurt. Today I noticed a knot to the right of my belly button. it is sore when I bend over or turn wrong. what could this be?? every one seems to think I'm pregnant, but I've never heard of that being a sign. please help!!
