I've been taking fertility supplements for a little bit but how do I know if they're gonna work?

unless they are prescribed by a doctor and you're being monitored for ovulation and all that, you're usually being sold snake oil. supplements are not regulated, so anyone can claim "look this pill got this family pregnant!" when the typical family takes at least 6 months to a year to conceive. plus, for every 1 family who got pregnant using it, there's 100 who didnt.
