Is anyone else really nervous that your baby will be born the opposite gender of what you were told?…

that happened with my mom lol they told her the whole 7 months it was a boy (she ended up being a preemie) and when they brought her a baby in little pink blanket she flipped shit. it was a crazy surprise but we made do

omg I'll die 😭 I actually wanted a boy so I wouldn't really mind but I'm so prepared for a baby girl now I think I'd have a mental breakdown hahaha

I would be so so so so upset. I also worry about this but then again in my ultrasound my little boys little thing is so big LOL if he turned out to be a girl I would be so surprised. I look at other people ultrasounds even at further along and I'm like YEP, NO DOUBT he is a boy!

Even though it's very clear I am still afraid it's gonna come out a girl

I have had them check 3 different times and it's clearly a girl but still the thought is in the back of my mind lol

I got my last ultrasound at 20 weeks and she didn't even print me out a shot like that! I was so upset! So now all I can think is what if she was wrong? Then I'll have all of my stuff set up and washed already and put away and won't be able to return any of it so I'll have a little boy that's wearing pink 😂 I find it strange that my OB didn't schedule another ultrasound until 16 weeks later.. @ella1007 @celestialllwolf @babymay2016

@taylorrleee1, I have had a lot but it's because I'm high risk. I would die if I had to wait that long but I think it's routine

I found out his gender at 14 weeks by an elective ultrasound but I haven't had once since I was 19 weeks and I'm almost 30 now. I am dying to recheck. The fear is so real 😂

this was at 18 weeks! But I totally understand, I don't even know when my next one is 😞 I think the same thing like I have already washed and put away all his clothes, and put together all his very boyish looking stuff. If I had a girl I would be devastated at this point haah

definitely a boy though... but I still have nightmares about it and worry that will happen lol

must be a natural worry haha I'm so glad I'm not alone! @babymay2016 it's so terrible waiting, I even asked for another one and when she told me I had to wait til 36 weeks I died a little inside! Haha @celestialllwolf being high risk is definitely not a good thing but at least you get to see your peanut more often! :) @ella1007

I worked with a guy who was suppose to be a girl! And out came a boy!! Lol 😳😶😋 But imagine having twins like my grandmother and not finding out until the day before they were born!!

I also have a great aunt that had twins also and didn't know until after she had the first one!! Ultrasound has come a long way though since those days! Back then they did XRays.
