nope. my mom has had soooooo many issues with her back because of it, I can tolerate pain anyway so natural is the way for me lol unless I have to have a csection

u will have back issues from it layer down the line. could take years but u will. I had one twice with my first two and didn't have one with my last 3 and yet I still have back problems. Don't do it unless u really can't take the pain

I didn't have one either time. I preferred all natural. If you do need/want pain management there are so many other options besides the epidural.

I never got back problems from it and neither did my mom. how else am I expected to deal with the pain during a c-section though

yay yay yay yay. loved it. 👌🏼 it's been a year and I don't have back issues, and you can't really say everyone will because I know a lot of people with kids 5-10+ years old and no back problems from it. will definitely be getting it again. 😊

I think with a c-section it's a must (I think) but I thought I wouldn't be able to do without one until I was forced not to get one because I was already 8-9 centimeters when I got to the hospital Lol so the two times after that I didn't get one either

I don't know it's my first. People that I know that have got one said it's amazing and don't have any issues. Idk what I'll do. Wait and see how things go I guess.

I went for as long as I could without it. Once back labor kicked in I asked for it. I honestly wished I had gotten it sooner than I did. It helped me relax and I got to take a nap. :)

I've had three with no issues. Although with this one I will be TRYING to do it without it since it's my last.

I want to but it jacked my back up when I got it with my daughter.

for the moms who have never had one more power too you for going through the pain. I went to 6cm then the back labor kicked in and I got one.

Yay . Giving birth went so smoothly.

this is my first baby so I could change my mind, but I want my baby as natural as possible. no pain meds whatsoever. since I have such bad health issues though, I'm still unsure of how labor will go for me.

I never want it always my last resort it was hard for me to push on my own first time around
