what's the best birth control to get?
I'm still not sure if I want to do birth control after I give birth because I was on the depo shot before and it completely messed me up. but I don't wanna accidentally have another baby so soon.

Do NOT do the mini-pill. You can take it while breastfeeding but because it doesn't have all the hormones in it, it's really only 50% effective. I had to find out after weeks of research because that's what I was on and we were SO careful

In my opinion the IUD is the best not Mirena though paragaurd it has no hormones what so ever I had it for 3 years no complications I absolutely loved it

Yeah mini pill killed my milk supply and I ended up pregnant again!!!

I'm just so scared to try birth control again because of the depo shot.. it was awful.

I used the patch when I was on birth control before I got pregnant. It worked great. Didn't get pregnant until I stopped using it.
