You can only get pregnant on your ovulation day, which last anywhere from 12-24 hours. However 5 days prior than that any sperm can be used to implant the egg between the 12-24 hours because sperms survives up to five days. You ovulation days can different each month.

Probably not. The fertilized egg needs time to travel down your fallopian tubes and implant which is about a 7-10 day journey.
