with my son in 2014 it was swaddle arms out with my daughter in 2015 it was don't swaddle at all....lol I love how they keep changing things yall do what's best for u and u r baby 😆
they told me to swaddle my babies however neither of them liked their arms inside the blanket they would always bust out lol so they both just got their blankets wrapped around their legs and middle lol

exactly lol..... my daughter let me swaddle for a couple weeks and I called her my little baby burrito lol
