for the mommas out there with #hypertension or pre-hyp....
While pregnant , does yours get worse or better? and what do you do for quick relief? mine gets so bad ill throw up or feel faint and ill have to sit and lose my breath...
im pretty sure my OB will be putting me on meds for it this coming visit.
(Im only 28 weeks).

They took me off my meds in the first trimester and I was staying around 138/85. I hit the second trimester and it went down to almost normal, I'd say the high range of normal. I already had high bp and I was taking medication for that and to help control my PVC's.

I'm in the beginning stage of preeclampsia which one of the symptoms is high blood pressure, my doctor told me when I feel like my blood pressure is high or feel faint to lay on my left side for a little while. in a matter of minutes of the first time trying it, it dropped my blood pressure from 156/92 to 116/53.

I'm on meds three times a day now. It's also giving me more migraines so that's why they upped meds to 3xs
