ugh I just want to go into labor already ... HELPPPPPP .....
I bounce on a ball about 2 hrs a day , walk a lot , including up and down hills & take hot baths ... nothing is helping 😢😢
I drank red raspberry tea twice a day and bounced on a ball 100x twice a day and I also walked around the mall for an hour like once. I started doing this on Thursday and I started feeling contractions but still nothing I kept at it with the tea and ball and the contractions were coming stronger I ended up having my son super bowl Sunday
eat like 6 to 10 cans of pineapple slices i heard that helps
