My son used to do the same. It helps when the towel is warm and his lotion/diaper/clothes are ready so he's warm and fine

Sometimes it that they get scared so by hearing your voice they start to clam down I also get help from my fiancé

my husband's mom helps me with the baby. but yeah she must be a little frightened
