First dr appt went horrible ! Found out that I'm not 12 weeks I'm actually 9 weeks and also that they couldn't find my sac and also no heartbeat . They called it an incomplete miscarriage . I'm so depressed and sad. First pregnancy still birth at 5 months with my daughter now a miscarriage 😕 I'm so upset idk what to do.
