no whipe your face sil rubbing alcohol abd then put the toothpaste just on the pimples:)

Plain Greek yogurt with enough tumeric to turn it bright yellow. Works like a charm. Rubbing alcohol is super drying. I don't know if I'd risk being broken out AND covered in flakey irritated skin. lol

If you're an oily gal maybe try witch hazel.

True. And no, I'm not very oily. Lol. I'm just battling random pimples all over
