It's fruit! Apple juice is good for the baby. My doctors told me to drink juice. Just don't get the one with a ton of sugar. I was told anything without caffeine is ok.

Drink whatever you want I drink sweet tea, dr. Pepper, water, juice, Mountain Dew just whatever the baby wants and she's just fine I learned the hard way not to think about every little thing cuz then you don't really enjoy being pregnant

Drink it just dont ever forget about that good ole water

@terripringle433, lol he amuses me. He seriously started an argument over. It's been a week since I found out and apple juice and ginger ale soothes my stomach. I agreed last night that I would do better especially because the nausea calmed down but I did not agree to cut out juice or water completely. Lol he thinks I'll make the baby fat by drinking apple juice

lol what? no offense but that's crazy. apple juice is healthy it's the foods that would make a baby fat and 9 times out of 10 your baby still won't be big. it's better to gain weight so your baby could be a good amount of pounds when born. I doubt anyone wants a too small baby. Eat what you want and if he thinks so, so bad just tell him to ask the doctor. it might shut him up

@theemmariefactor, I was dieting before getting pregnant so I would like to enjoy the juice while I can but its problem 🙄 I get he's concerned but it's not like I drank the AJ all day and no water

@terripringle433, well the doctor said to maintain my weight. Then another OB told me today not to exceed 20lbs. Which is more reasonable, what pregnant women doesn't gain weight? And I still watch my food intake. I make sure to eat fruits and all. He's just being the most right now🙄

I drink juice. But 100% juice, those don't have all the processed crap in them. Plus no sugar either.

@elainaelise, its not good to diet during pregnancy. your body takes what it needs from what you eat and drink. you can have the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee a day. WIC gives you checks for milk and juice multiple times through month.. if it was so bad they wouldnt have you get it. you need fluids other than water. you should gain 20-30 pounds while pregnant. its based off of your pre-pregnancy weight. apple juice... omg

@elainaelise, have your doctor explain to him about all that. I drank Dr pepper like it was going out of style for almost my whole pregnancy.. my baby is only estimating out to be 5 1/2 - 6 pounds at birth.. and I eat what I want when I want too I cut out caffeine due to contractions

@elainaelise, when I say I drank Dr pepper like crazy I mean I downed almost a 2 liter a day.. so what you drink and eat doesn't really affect your baby as much as you think

@charleerose, my mom drank Pepsi her whole pregnancy with my older brother. I know a little apple juice is no harm
