Feeling really emotional and aggravated. This is our first boy after 2 girls and my husband is driving me insane. Every name I suggest is turned down including one I really liked. All the clothes I get or pick out are "gay" looking or girly. He says monograms on boy clothes are stupid and his son won't wear anything like that. I'm "too used to having girls" according to him. He's just sucking the fun out of this for me and making me wish this was a 3rd girl which makes me even more emotional. Ugh.. Starting to think I'm not cut out to even be a boy mom. I obviously don't do anything right.

don't let him put u down like that hun..I'm having my first boy after three girls...I know what u are going thru...dont worry bout what he thinks...you like what u like...I get that too...if I like something...I get told it's not cute ...if he has a problem...make him go out and get an outfit and do it to him so he sees how it feels.

haha my hubby is like that with all the girl stuff I pick out... I told him to let me have my joy or I'll not take him with me anymore. he'd rather shut up than have my family accompany me instead of him. lol

That's the thing if he'd actually show interest in clothes or names then I'd gladly take his opinions. He just doesn't. Then makes me feel like this for trying to get ready for our damn kid. Like sorry I want my baby to have clothes and a name. My bad.

@aren_reitzel, don't let him stress you out. get what you want. he'll get over it quick. if not then unleash the furry that only a preggo mama can ;-) lol my hubby feels like he walks on eggshells sometimes lol
this is your baby (his too) but your the one carrying baby so do what you want. make it enjoyable.

Thanks y'all. We talked and he didn't realize how it was hurting my feelings, he apologized and said he'd be more supportive he also reassured me that I'll be great at raising a little boy. Everything I needed to hear. Lol
