My poor boyfriend had a total meltdown today, I had to take him in to see urgent care because he had a panic attack. I was so worried that the baby was even fluttering around in there. They drugged him up because he wasn't able to breathe. He's been sleeping the rest of the day. Knowing how debilitating anxiety can be, I hope I can help him get on the right path to be able to cope with it the way that I have. 😧
