to any of you who've given birth already, did any of you have to have an external cephalic version? if so, how was the pain level? I have to have it done

It was extremely uncomfortable. Not contraction level pain but it definitely hurt.

@mom-09-16, they tried to move her a little bit and it hurt so bad. her back is facing mine tho so they weren't able to really grab her. they want me to try and get her turn on my own before next tuesday, if I can't they're going to give me the meds to relax my uterus and do it at the hospital

Aww :( If you can you can try to get in a big tub or pool and just kinda push her around a little.

@mom-09-16, I'm doing that a little bit at a time without the tub. I'm just super uncomfortable now. I can feel where she's at just sitting here not even touching my belly 😩 do you know if there's other ways to get her to turn?

:( The water kinda makes it easier but that's the only way i know of....It's hard but try bending over so that your stomach is hanging so baby isn't trying to sit on your back while you're trying to move her. Gives you a little extra room.
