Any other ladies pregnant and have diabetes? I need some tips cuz the hunger and hormones making my BS go wacky is bout to piss me off. But I do what I have to do for this baby because I want this one to surviveeeeeeeeee ❤️ but I still need some tips tho lol
I still have bad anxiety over everything. ive been really worried, but I try to keep my sugar below 150, it still bounces every once in a while but I've gotten better. before getting pregnant my sugar was usually in the high 200s. I drink about a gallon of water a day, which helps. the doctor says my sugar should be below 95 when fasting, and wants my sugar below 120 at all times. but that seems impossible. I'll also have high cholesterol and other health issues so I'm always really worried.
@jellibeanbam, I think I have to add more protein 🤔🤔 I will try protein shakes 🤗 thanks!!
@mrsdoyle, I'm so scared that something might go wrong with baby because my previous losses my sugar level was in the high 300's. I've been in top of it though and really strict so I'm praying baby is okay. I'm still very early and I know this time is critical. How did you get past the anxieties of it all?
@ositababy28, I'm type 2 pre pregnancy and on insulin. I found some sugar free snacks that might work for me. I do a protein shake as a snack when I want something sweet.
I got diagnosed with GD too and I feel so hungry veggies are not enough i been craving cereal for almost a week 😔😔😔
I developed with pregnancy but I'm on a diet since its controlled low carbs and honestly it helps lose weight
