omg i hope everything is okay maybe just get checked to make sure everything is okay with you. thats horrible definitely time to sue them because you could have gotten really hurt

Yes that's what I was going to tell u., I hope you are okay but publix gets sued ALL the time for that. I work at an office where we do depos everyday. I definitely suggest u sue them

Its funny, I am a Paralegal so I know the law.. I just dont know if it would be worth sueing them and hiring an attorney and what not. Might be more hassle than anything. My husband thinks we should. @jujulove13 @theinkedbarbie @vivalakats

I think you should. Not because of the money but because of the fact that publix doesn't learn. They are always getting sued for that same exact reason they should already be more cautious than that

I think Im okay, I havent had any bleeding thats abnormal from the regular post csection bleeding, no blood from the incision site, and no strange symptoms. I do have a big bruise on my leg from where my leg hit the cart as I fell, and my hip on the opposite side is very sore, but other than that Im okay. Just still super upset that their pharmacist saw it happen, didn't bother to ask if I was okay or come out and help as I aat there crying . Nor did any of the 10-15 people standing in line at the pharnacy. It was like I was a ghost or some kind of science experiment everyone just stared at. Talk about humiliating.....

yeah i would be very upset and humiliated.. its disgusting how they just sit there and watch instead of helping you could have been really hurt and not even the fact that they seen you crying ughh im sorry you went through that

Lawsuit is a smart option. Publix will settle. It will be worth it. I swear. Someone in my family is a manger of publix and I've heard MANY stories.
