Some women have bleeding during their pregnancy and it's normal. For many reasons. She could just be really early. I grew up with a girl her mom had a "period" every month her entire pregnancy with all 4 or 5 of her kids. Every woman and baby and pregnancy is different.

You can have breakthrough bleeding in pregnancy yes but not a full period I don't think but everyone is different

My aunt had her period through every pregnancy. So yes it's possible, but rare.

I still get the sore boobs, cramps, breakouts around the time my period is supposed to be. no blood tho

My fiancés cousin had her period at 15 years old through her entire pregnancy a normal period well up until 8 months that is.
