After almost 9 months of long thought and deliberation... I've decided to try my hand at this natural birthing thing. I had my daughter all natural and felt like a champion after. With my son I had an iv pain med and felt like complete crap after. It's definitely a mind over matter thing. I never thought about pain, I just focused on breathing. If you keep telling yourself that the pain is temporary but the reward is forever, you can make it through without meds or anything.
