I had that as well, it turned out to be gas trapped. sounds hilarious but if you can at all possible lay on the floor head down but up in the air should relieve some of the pain in the gas will come out

before I found out I was pregnant I had period like pains in my lower abdomen that would put me into tears

I took 6test positive I'm pregnant but I don't know how far along I am tho I got a appointment march14th

If your having pain that are making you feel really bad and in tears, I'd personally go to the hospital to make sure everything is okay
