Hi mommies that have had cesareans; when did you start working out?!?
@bfelixreyes, I was given the green light after 3 weeks. Factoring I worked out till 39 weeks pregnant and also before pregnancy. Started off on treadmill or elliptical machine only. No lifting or abs workout in the beginning. I'm now 7 weeks PP and have resumed weights, and abs. At times i do feel some soreness at c section site and I take it easy. Listen to your body
I tried around 8 weeks but it felt sore so honestly I just started 3 weeks ago at 23 weeks! There is no pain or soreness! Take it easy and you will finally feel like yourself and start working out.
