Does anyone know if any decongestants safe for pregnancy? I have the worst sinus pressure and congestion. I want to just cry from the headache it's giving me.

I have no idea if it's safe but I got fed up and took Sudafed. and I took two baths a day until it was gone. I'm not recommending Sudafed but it's what I did.

I used Tylenol an put saline spray in my nose an soup an slept an vix on my chest

I'm going to try Vicks tomorrow and maybe a humidifier. I literally want to cry from the headache this is giving me. every time I roll over the sinus pressure shifts or settles and it's like a shock to the nerves in my brain 😭 If that doesn't fix it I'll call my Dr about potential over the counter meds. and heartburn is way too bad for spicy food lol. @alynna9684 @mrscarter27 @gunlovinmommy

my ears were hurting so bad so that's why I gave in. sudafed. Tylenol for headaches. steamy baths. vicks on my chest and throat worked well too. good luck :)
