Has anyone ever done a babysitter/nanny off Care.com before ?

I've used it and I've always worked through them. great site they do back ground checks and make sure the people are legit

I have an account with care and get hired all the time😄 just make sure to interview them

Well I am a certified through Red Cross. I wanted to apply with them but I got hired with another job. So I just let that die. But yea I will definitely do interviews & I just can't find websites for daycares online near me which upsets me I want to be able to see a website but none have any. @hermommy @lilkountryma

lol the nanny I hired. I spent the money on the account, dug and sorted and interviewed. I only needed her 2x a week for 6 hours a day. she couldn't consistently show up. I posted on Craigslist and did my own background check and she was the best nanny I ever had

Craigslist? I never even thought about that. Thats a great idea. How did you go about the background check?
