When did you guys start to potty train your son?? And how? My son is 2 and a half and loves to pee outside and take his diaper off to poop on my floor but not in the toilet!!

try making it fun for him. maybe a piece of his favorite candy or a sticker chart when he goes.he gets a candy or gets to add a sticker.

I saw a new one where you sit them backwards on the toilet and let them draw in the lid with a dry erase marker until they potty.

I got my son a little bubblegum machine filled with candy and he got a coin to get a piece every time he went potty. And celebrate when he does go potty. Act like he just became president, they like praise :) @macey404
