I know this isn't related to any pregnancy topic but my hubby let me adopt 2 cats and they are brothers. Dexton is a complete sweet heart and just is so relaxed, Jasper hides and likes to attack me so I might only get to keep Dexton. I got my boy a basket bed and he's just spent all day in it and for some reason seeing his face and hearing his purr gives me peace in my mind that my son is okay in heaven.

give jasper some time to adapt to his surroundings, I had two kitty's, Penelope and Maui, and Maui was a betchhhhh at first but she turned into a lover in about a week.

I'll give him all the time in the world but he attacked my hands very bad in the living room when I opened the cage for them to come out then went after my dog that was asleep in the bedroom across the house. They both are a year old and they were never named at the shelter they where just tagged "cat 1" "cat 2". So I named them and idk how long it'll be for them to even learn their names. I've never got a cat this old, I've always gotten a kitten. Dexton is the one in the back Jasper is the one in the front

sadly cats rarely learn their names haha. I'd try not to bother him during the day. that's what I did with my cat, she warmed up to me eventually when she saw her sister do it. @zombie_kitty69 but cats are also sometimes assholes 🙈

I just let Jasper do his thing, he likes to be outside so I have a warm bed made in a warmer box along with a litter box and food with water.
Dexton will go outside but want right back inside and wants to be loved on.
