Well I've developed a cold and am constantly sneezing and i just had a really big sneeze about 15 mins ago and i felt like I ripped the side of my stomach open so much cramp and pain ... it's eventually easing off but little miss has give me a good few hard kicks to show me her diapleasure of being rudely shaken about

@mammyto3, I'm not taking anything at the moment as I've just got a runny nose and sneezes if it develops into a full cold you can take paracetamol , use Vicks to help with blocked sinuses and honey and lemon warm drinks can soon through aswell as soothers x
