So this been kinda hard for me to talk about to anyone so I thought I would reach out to all you mommas :) at my 20 week appointment when I found out I was having a boy they found a tiny little hole
On his heart, they say it's really common and it should close up before or after he arrives. I just had another ultrasound last week and the hole didn't close any still the same size about 3millimeters , they are sending me to a heart and Lung specialist tomorrow:( wondering is anyone is in the same situation as me or has been. I need some peace of mind :) thank you ladies ❤️
I just want my baby boy to be okay and healthy 😢

one of my nieces had a hole in her heart when she was born, hers closed up on its own by a year and she has not had any complications from it. hope everything turns out okay

we did not detect my daughter's murmur until she was a few weeks old. I was told about 80% have them at some point! I freaked out day and night until the cardiologist could get me in and I was told that we just have to check it if she gets fussy or holds her chest but that it will go away on its own!

of course! if you have any questions ever just message me! my daughter wouldn't gain any weight and was getting skinnier all the time and was labeled "failing to thrive" even though her development otherwise was perfect! those words were like knives to my heart and I felt like a horrible mother but once we upped calories and her heart grew stronger by the day she began to gain weight and here we are at 9 months happy and healthy
