I have one like this. I went and got fitted at destination maternity I recommend you don't use the top part (no need and just more uncomfortable) it helps a lot but then when you sit it kinda digs in id say use it if you walk around a lot.
You know almost 6 years ago they didn't have as much stuff then as they do know. Pre pregnancy with my first I was 100 lbs I was 180 when I had my first. Pre pregnancy with my second I was 115 lbs and I gained 170. I really hope this boy doesn't make me gain a lot.
