Same👆🏽 with the hot water, lemon and honey 👌🏽 also, when my sore throat is coming on, I gurgle with hot water (as hot as you can stand it) and sea salt. It breaks up all the infection and let's you get everything out. Stops my sore throat before it gets any worse

you're probably fine with a spray, it tastes nasty but it will numb your throat like crazy haha
