can you ask your doctor to prescribe you all purpose nipple cream . that stuff was magic for me.

could be thrush too. I'd get checked by your Dr just incase

I've used nipple creams like no tommorrow. They have dark purple spots, and it just looks like there are more spots now that look super infected and yellowish. I'm almost done with antibiotics idk what else to do. @tubiemomma

all purpose nipple cream is stronger than most. also try gentian violet...it will stain your nipples purple but it takes care of any infection

I know it sounds odd, but try putting some breastmilk on it. that stuff actually heals the breasts . (if you have any breastmilk )

you need to get genitian violet.. if it doesn't come off with a q tip then it's thrush (same for in babies mouth on tongue). @babyjjsmommy

Most health food stores carry it. You need to see an LC again too. They can tell you some other remedies like chamomile tea bags with hot water, eucalyptus and lav oil on it. But if it's thrush you may need yeast cream too. The dark purple and light spots could be old milk if you aren't still able to express.

How do I get in touch with an LC? and I pump about every 2 hrs and pump about 4-6 oz out of each breast so it shouldn't be old milk.

No it shouldnt, unless those ducts are clogged which the tea bags would help with. Your obgyn or pediatrician should have an LC on staff.
