every insurance is different, I called mine about 2 weeks ago, so 24 weeks, and they said I can get one per pregnancy and then up to 2 a year in normal years in case they break. I asked when I can order it and they said anytime I want, I just have to go through one of their distributors.

@mrsgeorge, I called when I was about 10 weeks and they kind of reserve it for you but can't send if to you until 4 weeks before delivery
