my son has gone from sunny side up to facing my back to tonight back to sunny side up which is preventing him from fully engaging
if he continues to be a little screwdriver in there in sure I'll go past my dd

The didn't tell me if I was or wasn't at my last appt, my next appt is Thursday. I hope something has happened. I'm up every night with contractions but nothing is happening. @domijac3

of its far than you're not very effaced
is baby sunny side up? that can stop u from dilating or effacing any @ninjamami

Yeah she definitely had to feel pretty damn far. Hurt like hell. And no I don't think so because I get a sono every week and all we ever get to see is the back of his head and spine, I haven't been able to see his face in months.. @domijac3

the best that my dr tells me and what my studies have shown is bouncing on a ball and keeping your pelvis tilted forward as much as possible like sitting straight up no reclining no excessive laying down thru out the day walking up and down stairs those can help him engage the pelvis which of course once he engages effacement just happens and his head dilates u @ninjamami
