I swear... when did coughing and throwing up become attached.... so much for going to sleep

Coughing makes you throw up eat some honey mixed with lil cinnamon and that will help take cough away so you can sleep

I have asthma sadly nothing will take it away:(@astridoll

but heck lol I try it just to get my throat to chill out maybe it will coat it enough itvwont feel so acidic when I cough

I went through the sane thing momma! caught a wicked bad cold and coughed hard enough when I was in the shower.. puke. everywhere. I was so embarrassed when hubby came in to check on me I cried😂 he was like" babe. just turn the stream of water"

this has happened to me the last month or so it's annoying... I too have asthma the cough is unbareable 😣
