Oh no girl!! any clotting? might be worth getting checked out. with your current situation, I don't think it should be super heavy right now.

I would definitely go to the ER it could be a hemorrhage, you never know just go in to be on the safe side...

If you're in your postpartum healing process definitely seek medical attention if you soak up a pad in an hour.
