How long until the extreme bruised feeling (down there) gets at least bearable? I'm still so uncomfortable. I've been taking the ibuprofen every 8 hours plus two extra strength Tylenol to try and help and it does for a little while but I can really tell when it's time to take it again and it takes a while to work.

take care of yourself, rest properly & don't do too much. it will heal faster like that, If you do too much it will take longer to heal & when you have sex it will still hurt in the long run.

are you using Dermoplast pain spray? it also helps, it numbs it a little while .

I've been doing a lot of housework. I guess that's why it's taking longer. @ladyred and that spray burns! But I use it every now and then

Took like 5 weeks for me. I had a 2nd degree tear and a bad hematoma though.
