I think it's cool and unique to be born that day it's like a good luck day, a very special day. you can either celebrate your day on the 28th or the 1st when it's not a leap year. that's my opinion though, I would love to have a baby that day. every leap year I'll throw him/her an outrageous party lol and the other years a regular party.
